A Call to Action

Warning: Medical Marijuana Dispensary Hours to be Shortened!

Recently, the Bureau of Marijuana Control released guidelines for all Medical Marijuana dispensaries and delivery services.  Starting January 1, 2018, the recommendation from the Bureau is that all dispensaries and delivery services will only be able to serve patients between the hours of 6am and 9pm.  These recommendations are not yet final, and we are now in the public comment period.  We are reaching out to our patient members to let the Bureau know why limiting delivery service hours is not good for medical access.

All comments must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 13, 2017.
